The signers of this petition believe men are bullied into paying money via the current child support laws. We believe that if a man gives up all rights to a child and has absolutely nothing to do with the child that they should not be forced to pay child support. And their pay checks never garnished. They should not have to ever worry about jail time for refusing to pay child support.
We ask the Obama administration to change the current laws/process and make to it: That men who give up all rights to a child including visitation that he not be required to pay child support. It's an unfair practice that adversely effects a man's means to have a financial future.
