Look at and change the laws for the Office of Recovery Services to be equal opportunity for both parties.

Office of recovery services creates so many problems for people that pay support by taking way to much when someone cannot afford it. They need to work with people on a case by case basis to help both parties and ultimately help the children! They make it so no one paying can never get ahead, do they not have case workers for this reason to work with people on their cases. they have made men homeless and almost done the same to me with not working with me because of the laws or citing laws that are not true!
