Far to many Children are going without the Child Support Courts have put in place. Far to many men and women oweing back Child support. Stop working, work under the table, or just disapear. The states need help. The child support laws should be updated along with the actions taken to get support to the children who need it. This will help lift families out of poverty. There needs to be national cooperation in finding, serving and retrieveing payments. States and the federal government should be able to work together to solve this matter.
