currently there is no or limited companies who can install solar panels or windmills on a persons personal property. And if there is the power companies wont allow hookups to charge back energy overages. The white house should make it mandatory that power companies must buy back energy produced by these means from home owners and funding should be made available as well as some type of financing to install such units. This would not only help our environment but also create jobs and save home owners money. Currently there is only Tax breaks for such an install and most people cant afford to shell out the thousands of dollars needed to setup such system.
