Dear Sirs. Firstly I am shocked there wasn't a box to tick in for "Animal Cruelty". I am a UK citizen living in Spain. I use Facebook. There is a case of animal cruelty (not the first) with photographic evidence. If it had happened in the UK or other European Countries I wouldn't have wasted my time because it would appear our voices do not count. But I have always respected America for it's policies on freedom of speech etc. I am obviously new in the areas of law in America and appreciate each state has it's own rules. This particular picture on facebook isn't given with a state but I am sure with public awareness it wouldn't take long to get names for faces. I find it heartbreaking that animals have no voice and yet have no rights either. I will be taking this to the media
