Approve the immigration request of "Dave" an Afghan interpreter and hero who served many US Army units with distinction

Created by B.J. on March 16, 2016

Mr. President, please approve the visa request for fmr. interpreter Dave (Kbl201351b). He served multiple US commanders with distinction. Soldiers have been filing congressional inquiries for the past year but that merely gives a status. They have no power to push his case through. Former interpreters are being murdered at a rate of 1 every 36 hours in Afghanistan. Dave has received many threats to himself and his young family. Among the many interpreters I encountered, Dave was the best. His work ethic, commitment to the US and love for his family reflect the great ethos we associate with successful American immigrants. Now, he lives everyday in fear that his family will be murdered for his devotion to the US. Don't make them give "the last full measure." Mr. President, please save Dave.
