to look into a case where someone's disability was use to disable them and the ADA blocked during court proceedings

the reason I am writing this petition is his my disability has been used to disable Me and the Americans with Disability Act we're completely ignored during the eviction process of my home and business I have written everyone the best that I could I am severely dyslexic and have a diagnosis learning disability. so please read carefully I depend on the dictation device on my phone communicate in this format I've written everyone including the White House hundreds of times what I am asking for is for this to simply be looked into it is never right to use someone's disability to disable them it is an American and violate federal law.. this occurred in Miami Florida please sign my petition this is not about me as a person this is about protecting the rights people with disabilities
