Highway 75 construction from Mckinney Texas to Melissa Texas. The project took off quick, they have started the whole project now, but have not and will not finish one section completely. I believe the construction company gets paid on how many sections they start NOT complete. It should NOT take 2 years to finish 1 service road. It should NOT take 10 years to complete 5miles of highway.
The traffic is so bad due to barriers on each side of the road, which in turn create traffic. If an accident happens, there is NO way for emergency vehicles to get in and out, no shoulder to help conjustion flow, and a one lane service road that is so messed up you have better chances on the highway.
Please look into this issue. You have the opportunity to create jobs in our economy to help our cities.
