Look into deportation of permanent residents who lived in the USA over 15yrs and have children that are US citizens.

Created by K.W. on January 16, 2015

After living in the states for 17yrs with two children that are US citizens i was deported after serving 3 1/2 years in prison. I have no rights to ever visit my children in the US ever again even if they get ill or if death occurs. I did my time for the crimes i committed , then im doing more time being away from my children. I just want some type of permit even just to visit. I was abused by my ex- husband, my mother was on drugs, i was forced to raise my 2 sisters along with my own two children, i had no help and life got rough for me. I dont regret what i did, i just regret the way in which i did things. I migrated at age 15 and life here in Jamaica is hard and im still trying to adjust. I helped the FBI with the capture of a man on America's Most Wanted. I just need a second chance..
