Look into electronic cigarettes and find proof that they are harmful before allowing them to be banned.

Electronic cigarettes have not been proven to be harmful at all, yet a lot of cities have banned their use. We believe that this is unconstitutional and that the burden of proof lies with the councils who want to ban them to find scientific evidence that they harm the user or this around them. The statement that they may upset people who are unaware of what they are and that they may be upsetting is not enough. Don't let scaremongering and paranoia let a potentially great invention be stigmatized and ignored. Cessation of smoking is extremely hard and any product that helps without harming others should be encouraged.
