Look Into Employee Abuse by the Supervisors in the Federal Government.

Created by M.J. on April 26, 2012

The managers/supervisors in the Federal Government are abusing the employees in the Federal workforce. The Administration should investigate this behavior. For example, when an employee files a complaint, they are targeted for termination. This abuse is costing the taxpayers. For example, one employee was placed on Administrative Leave for 6 months, before they tried to terminate her. The employee had documentation that contradicted everything that was written about her and she shared it with the HR office and upper management. This employee worked over 26 years, before she was forced to retire. She had also received a decent evaluation 3 weeks before she became a "bad employee". In addition, she received a cash award shortly before she became a "bad employee".
