look up firm sanctions against China for blatantly disregarding the current international recognized laws and territoria

Dear Sir,
On behalf of Vietnamese, I strongly disagree with China' government to put HD 981 Oil Rig in Vietnam's waters and said that water area belongs to China. I hope China respect International Law and Remove HD 981 Oil Rig from Vietnam's waters.
We are Vietnamese. We love peace life without any war or invasions. We expect the White House to look into methods of economic sanctions against China, as this will be the only way for it to be effective.
