Look at HR 602 or any other bill that would require that a judicial determination of compitencie for NICS

Created by G.W. on May 22, 2013

There is a great injustice being done to certain Veterans. This is a dangerous precindence because it take the judicial branch out of determinations of compitency. This also vilolates the 14th Ammendment "equal protection under the law
, VA’s process for appointing fiduciaries focuses on whether they are able to manage their financial affairs and not on whether they present a danger to themselves or to others. H.R. 602 would require a judicial body to deem a veteran, surviving spouse, or child as a danger to themselves or others before being listed in NICS, which would prohibit the veteran from being able to purchase certain firearms, vs. the VA through its reporting.
