Credit checks to determine employment is unfair to many who are unemployed.
This practice closes the door for employment on many who have worked and paid their bills for years without reproach.
After being unemployed for two or more years, through no fault of their own, credit scores are obviously affected.
If a credit check is necessary, the status of an individuals record should be considered prior to being unemployed.
The atrocities that Corporations and Banks have put upon the American public is devasting enough, without being denied a position that is perfectly suited for employer, and prespective employee because of an unfavorable credit score.
A change in this practice could improve or maybe even have a significant impact to help solve umemployment for qualified people.
