The rules and regulations set up by this law is an affront to working men and women. Completely against the ERISA act and going to force many older people onto welfare or if physically possible back into the workforce.
The way the voting is presented and counted is against all voting regulations I know of. A vote not returned is a yes vote?
There is nothing about this law that makes sense to anyone. Yet, it was passed at the last minute as an attachment to a spending bill and lobbied heavily by the Central States Pension Plan that is now asking for these cuts.
