Look at making life insurance legal at birth weight is 350 grams or more or 20 weeks gestation period of pregnancy.

Created by S.W. on September 02, 2014

If 1 out of 4 Pregnancies end in a loss and here in the United States if the birth weight is 350 grams or more or 20 weeks gestation or more (except Pennsylvania where it is 16 week gestation) why do the expecting family not have an option to place life insurance on their child starting then? Once we hit Legal gestational period we have to go through the same step as someone who has loss a child at a month old. Its reported to vital statics, we have to file for a death certificate, we have to go through a funeral home and make decisions on burial or cremation, and that all comes with additional cost and stress. Doctors have to fill out paperwork for the death of a infant/baby why not submit paper works saying you have hit your legal gestational period for life insurance
