Look at the meaning tactical and assault. Banning a weapon just because it is painted black makes no sense.

There is too much talk of banning assault style and military type weapons but no one has sat down to look at the meaning. Before you ban, figure out what the real problem is, then go from there. The word tactical, assault, and semi-automatic are over used and no one knows what that means. We the people ask that the President identifies what kind of weapons he doesn't like and why. Not because its painted black and you can attach a flashlight to it.
