Seeing that the current administration is set on 'Green Energy', it is my hope that we the people can direct research funding to truly Green ventures, and not simply failed tech (wind and solar).
What I propose is a major initiative focused on CIHT's
( Catalyst Induced Hydrino Transition cells), which would do nothing short of revolutionizing energy production.
To understand what CIHT's are, and the immense boon they would provide to society, one merely needs to google. So far, Black Light Power (a business entity set up by Dr. Mills, man pioneering the research), has had six independent validations of his work, lending credibility to the viability of this technology (Caltech and MIT being amongst those who did their own tests).
CIHT, .1 cent per kwh. What more need be said?
