Harlow Cuadra was convicted of 1st degree murder and several other charges, in the killing of Brian Kocis, a porn producer.
We ask that the Obama administration take the time to look over Harlow Cuadra's case and appeals, for not having any DNA/fingerprint evidence and many other fair reasons condemning him of such crimes. We ask that the Obama administration give Harlow Cuadra a second chance to freedom.
