To look at the possibility of paying citizens a monthly income of $1,750 a month to do as what they wish. To qualify, adults would be considered adults of 21 years of age and older. This would eliminate the need for other entitlement programs and bring everyone out of poverty. Included in this I would also like to include the wiping out of student debt. (loans) on the day the above program went live. But from that day forward, and once the debt is eliminated, any student debt occurred after that would be the responsibility of the student.
