The rewriting of bill H.R. 2471 seeks to circumvent the requirements set fourth in the 4th Amendment of the Constitution. Telecommunications such as e-mail, Facebook and even forms of cloud storage such as Google Docs will be attainable by federal authorities without the need for Just Cause or require a warrant for such information.
