Look at Puerto Rico's state election seriously and incorporate it as the 51st state in the United States.

Puerto Rico recently had an election that had a majority approval of becoming the 51st state. Congress so far is not seriously looking at their election, and Puerto Rico has the right to become a state if they so desire.
