look into the removal of the W.a. state ban on private ownership of exotic animals (cougars tigers wolfs ex)

In the last few years some of the more wealthy of the animal rescue groups (paws ex) have tried to pass a law against the private owner ship of exotic animals. This law was past three years ago and is already affecting the gene pool of the cougars and wolfs because private owners of these exotic animal in W.a. can no longer breed them these owner do not have the money to fight a group of corporations that have millions to through at this.
