I find that the Child Support Recovery practices are unfair, as Cost-of-living rises, my child support should reflect that. I have no problem paying my fair due and I take full responsibility for my child that I love more than anything. But I find that the standards to which Child Support is calculated does not reflect the current state of the economy. Furthermore I feel that the other parts man or woman should be help equally responsible for the child. If the custodial parent doesn't work, why do they get a free ride? Why do women get extra perks to have children and 1) live of the government. 2) Not forced earn a living. 3) Not forced to put their spouses income as their income.
This HAS to change!
