Many workers work over 40 hours and still get no where in saving money for there future or live comfortably. I understand paying taxes is a must, but once after 40 hours, the overtime money should come straight to the workers that deserve it, and not only that. Currently I'm in the union and we pay 6 dollars plus every hour for insurance and obviously it doesn't cost 960 a month. They give you the run around on that as well on where that money goes i feel it's a scam! Even after working the 40 hours they continue to take more money out for insurance like there not getting enough. As for union dues they also continue to take money out after overtime for what reason, so what I propose you make our healthcare cheaper that you promised and put the overtime money in our pockets to boost economy
