Look into weather taking down a prayer banner in a public building is unconstitutional or not.

Created by D.B. on March 05, 2012

At Cranston West High School in Cranston Rhode Island, there is a girl who wanted a prayer banner removed from the school. She won in court to have the prayer banner removed. Does the girl who started this realized that there is freedom of religion in this country? I know there is separation of church and state. The constitution tells us we have freedom of religion. The federal judge did side with this girl in this case. This is unconstitutional. Doesn't the constitution guarantee our right to freedom of religion? What the judge did was taking away your one of your constitutional rights.

I'm asking the Obama Administration to look into if speration of church and state in some cases like this is unconstitutional. I also ask for this petition to be given to the Supreme Court to look over.
