Look into what the benefits centers are doing in San Jose.

I am entering this petition on behalf of myself and others that live in the Santa Clara County. I would like to ask that the benefits centers answer their phones when calls come in. I have tried on several occasions to call them at the number that they say and no one ever answers. I have sent in all documentation as requested and for some reason they are always coming up with a way to say that I no longer qualify and then when I go in there in person they seem to put my benefits on my card and also approve my medical. Something has to change. I know it is my right to use the services that have been put there for me and others. The letters of discontinuances have caused a major stress in my life, especially when I still qualify for the benefits. Something has to change.
