DELAWARE'S court system is biased against fathers when it comes to visitation/support issues. Because there is no means of correcting the judges, commissioners decisions the courts protect each own. My case HAWKINS VS WHATLEY is a clear case of this. I contacted the state senator (D) Ennis and the (D) governor Markell to investigate this issue. I request that the system be overhauled and reflect issues based on law not judges commissioners opinions. We men love our children!!! Support should be bases on the melson formula as in DELAWARE which I was denied. Overtime should not be calculated in support equation. Support should be based on a normal work week. A father should just as much time with children as custodial parent.
