Loosing Human & Civil Rights being discriminated against in the State of California under the Child Protective Service

To ensure that as a person you do not loose your Human & Civil Rights.To ensure When Child Protective
Services takes and removes children.The children are returned to their parents no matter the circumstance. Being it is Child Protective Service job to work with the parent or parents to reunite. This petition I would like to protect the parent from loosing natural rights and to make sure the children are returned to their natural home.
