Trump and his political campaign and advisors are in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2384, as their plan to oppose by force (using ICE) the execution of 8 U.S. Code § 1401 is a Seditious Conspiracy. Therefore, under 8 U.S. Code § 1481, he must (shall) lose his U.S. citizenship.
