There have been multiple accounts of murder amongst many innocent American minorities for petty crimes based off of the color of their skin and gender. #EnoughIsEnough. Although not all officers are the "bad cop", I am requesting for police officers to take a psychiatric exam while in training and have a 95% passing rate to have a job. I am also requesting for a new training system to be in place that properly trains an officer to be ready for certain events instead of being quick to reach for their gun when it's clear that their life is not being threatened. Lastly, I am petitioning for police officers to have the same consequences as a citizen. If an officer clearly murders a victim for no apparent reason, he should be fairly charged. Thank you.
