We as the citizens of California want to inform the Government that under CA Penal CODE S 265.1 that sexual intercourse under the age of 18 is considered a felony. We want to explain that lowering down might be considered a huge risk for adolescents but the fact that some people do have respect for adolescent is that fact that sometimes we must change somethings. Religion and Culture shows to some people that becoming an adult is based on matter. From Bar Mitzvah to sweet 16 to puberty. we all must realize that age does not show how mature is one person but the way any people act is what shows. The Obama Administration must think about lowering the age of consent not for any sexual content but for the people everywhere not to be in fear when it comes to being in love with someone.
