Lower the age to receive a concealed handgun license to 20 years of age.

This petition is intended to help younger adults to get a concealed carry license a year from age 21 at age 20. Also with the intent to teach the carriers the importance, safety, and rules of carrying in a public domain and laws associated with the carry as well. It will keep young adults on a smart path for learning and having a license without the influence of alcoholic beverages since they are not of age to purchase the substance. This would be a benefit to many all over the United States who want to or are eager to get a license and they can do it responsibly and in a more timely manor.
