Lower the age required to receive a non-restricted drivers license in Kansas.

Created by B.H. on April 30, 2013

As a teen driver in the State of Kansas, I have waited to receive my Drivers License after waiting multiple years. As the change in the required age from 16 to 17 y.o. for the non-restricted license came into affect, I have to wait yet another year to receive my non-restricted license.
As my cousins and friends that live in other states receive their licenses, it has restricted me to yet another year of being restricted at home.
All I ask is that the driving age is standardized throughout all the states back to it's original age restriction.
Thank you.
