If you are old enough to legally serve your country in the millitary you should be old enough to legally consume alcohol responsibly. The U.S. has one of the highest drinking ages in the world. If the age was lowered the government would gain more tax revenue from the multitudes of new ages buying alcohol. Also more people would be able to stay in college and continue their studies without being ejected for alcohol violations.
