We the people of the United States say "Lower the tobacco purchase age to 17." Teenagers that are 17 are doing it anyways. You must be 17 to purchase rated-R movie tickets, and you must be 17 to also purchase rated-M for mature video games. So why not lower the tobacco purchase age to 17?
