Lower the alcohol drinking age to 18 years of age or older.

We can be drafted and vote at 18. We can drive a car and pilot an airplane before 18. We have all of the rights of a citizen at the age of 18, except that to publicly purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. That's a clear violation of human rights.
