Lower alcohol minimum purchase age to 18.

1. Age limitations in nearly every country in the world are less strict giving people a freedom of making a choice at 18 years of age...just like voting or deciding to join Army.
2. Thousands of students each year break the law by illegal consumption of alcohol. Lifting age limit would give more respect to the State and Federal legislation.
3. Consumption of illegal or homemade alcohol, playing of drinking games on school campuses as well as overdose at 21st birthday celebration parties pose significant health risks.
