Due that majority of Americans homeowners are upside down on their home and rental properties. As of today Homeowners are unable to take advantage of any government / bank programs, due that to the “loan to value” problem affecting all homeowners during this speed bump in our economy..
Petition: Lower ALL home loans 1st & 2nd, rental investment and all equity home loans to a fixed 4.25%.
Qualifications: Loan must be at least four (4) years old and in good standing and current. That is even if Homeowners has refinance within the 4 years (Clock does not start over if Homeowner refinances)
Benefit : This is a stimulus that keeps giving every month for life of the loan (example $200 Savings x 360 months = $72,000 savings)
