Lower ALL United States flags at ALL United States federal facilities and military installations, both foreign and domestic, for a period of 120 hours consecutively from a Monday at 12:01 a.m. to the following Friday at 12:01 a.m. to honor recently felled servicemembers in Tennessee. It is the least that can be done in their honor.
