Lower the amount of signatures required for a petition to be considered.

Created by D.L. on March 01, 2013

The requirement of 100,000 signatures for a petition to be taken serious is way to high. I believe a 50,000 signature requirement is a lot more reasonable and still solves the problem of too many unreasonable petitions being created and sent through the system.
