This Petition is for the lowering of the legal BAC in which drivers in the States are able to drive and not be breaking the law. This petition needs to be recognized because 40% of all car accidents are due to drunk driving, also in one study it was estimated that someone is injured every two minutes due to a drunk driving accident. While social drinking is something that a lot of Americans partake in we should make drinking and driving less popular than it is now by lowering the BAC level in which drivers cans till drive.
