I think that the military should be paid higher than they because they put themselves in harms way instead of having a 24/7 security team everywhere they go. The president make about $400,000 a year and most of the money he does spend gets reimbursed. I understand it is a demanding job, but so is defending freedom overseas. I think that there needs to be a change in our thinking that the higher powers of the government do all the work when it is the boots on the ground that make the ultimate sacrifice so that they could live extremely comfortably.
