Lower College Tuition for State-run Universitites

Created by J.F. on December 01, 2016

Over the past several decades, the prices for college tuition, room, board, and other fees, have risen astronomically to a an average of over 30,000 dollars for public universities. By coming together and bringing light to this national epidemic, we can invoke change and lower these prices to more reasonable rates. This will only be possible, however, if enough people recognize it as a legitimate issue. That is why I am asking for your support to bring a bill to the state of Missouri's House of Representatives which would require public universities in the state of Missouri to use a portion of their endowment, or donated monetary assets, as a means to further fund and lower their students' costs to attend their respective university.
