One of the biggest issues that our economy is running into is the cost of our deficit. Not only does owing money to multiple different external countries compromise American international politics, it also increases the initial loan of which was requested.
This petition is only attempting to force congress into a situation where they must perform the job they were elected for instead of stalling year after year. If most Americans had an approval rating of under 30% for two years from their employers, they would easily be laid off from their position. As congress' approval rating meets this criteria and election is far off, they should have some sort of limitation as most Americans would; it is only good capitalism.
