Lower congressional and senate salaries to the federal minimum wage.

Created by J.C. on November 30, 2012

Federal spending continues to climb. Year after year, congresspeople vote to increase their compensation. That's more compensation for less work. In the private sector, most companies are electing pay for for performance structures. The federal government should adopt this philosophy. Congress people should be compensated at the federal minimum wages and earn bonuses for additional work such as balanced budget, successful tax reform, and maximizing government efficiency.
