Lower Congressional pay, reduce their benefits, require stricter guidelines for their retirement & put off increases.

Reduce Congressional pay, benefits, and impose stricter guidelines for them to receive retirement benefits, while increasing the amount they are required to contribute to alleviate taxpayer involvement. Also require periodic reviews of the money they obtain elsewhere, including campaign contributions. Close all loopholes for money to be filtered too them, as well as making Lobbyists and special interest groups illegal!
