To lower Corporate Tax Back down to 15%.

Right now the Government has Corporate Tax at 35%. While all over Countries have it way less American suffer because so many companies left due to the Tax of 35%.
I want the Government to lower the Corporate tax back down to 15% and make it a fixed rate that can't raise it up ever again. Once This takes place, Lay offs, unemployment will be a thing in the past because Factories will come back to America and the once weak Nation will be Strong once more. More work, more money, equals a Strong America.
Any corporation coming back to American soil must stay for the next 10 years. No more buying American Companies from other countries and then moving them out of The United States of America. Any Company that goes Green gets 3% more in lowering the Tax rate for the next 5 years.
