1. We should require that all researchers at public universities to teach at least one class so that students wouldn't be paying the salaries of people who can't contribute to their education. Those who wish to work solely as a researcher could seek employment at private universities or businesses.
2. Allow students to opt out of fees in order to join private gyms or utilize private libraries to prevent universities from spending absurd amounts of money on nonessential amenities that raise the cost for students.
