Lower the cost of efficient power methods (Such as solar etc..) so it is of ease to obtain by the middle and lower class

Everyone seeks alternative fuel resources. However, it is not an easy objective to accomplish living on a lower income. Middle and lower class families are having difficulties making the switch to a different source of energy. The cost for the materials and hours to hire a proper electrician to complete the job is beyond what families are able to pay and all the while keep their family fed and clothed. I am proposing that the costs of the materials be lowered to what is an actual price that the normal family can endure. This petition will not only help the lives of millions of families, but the petition will also give a big start to helping the environment and the atmosphere from being tarnished even more.
